Anna Severson

A little bit about me:  

I started my photography business in college in 2003.  I graduated from Winona State University with a B.A. in Photojournalism.  Early on I decided I loved photographing people and places much more than the news!  

I grew up in southeast Wisconsin and now live in the Twin Cities.  I love the four-seasons.  I think each one has amazing qualities to make great photos.  Natural light photography is my very favorite and being outside, in nature, is where a camera belongs.  While that is my preference, I do offer indoor photography and can bring my studio to you, or you are more than welcome at my studio in NE Minneapolis.

I believe in the candid photo, so much more than the posed, but think they are both important.
